WOVEN IN STRENGTH

Esteemed Guests:

We look forward to gathering with you soon. Here are some important event reminder details about our gala.

date & time

The CHOICE Humanitarian Gala is Monday, October 7. The event begins at 6:30 PM. It will be held at the Natural History Museum of Utah located at 301 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84108.

Please plan ahead for drive time. Rush hour traffic and congestion near the U of U campus can sometimes double the commute. Plan your departure time accordingly. We don't want you to miss anything!

Find driving directions on the museum's website.

If you're a Table Host or group ticket purchaser, please give your guests this tip about traffic, or share with them this Event Reminder webpage.

PARKING & attire

The museum has two levels of surface parking adjacent to the building to the west.  It is an uphill walk from the parking lot to the Museum's main entrance featuring footpaths, stairways, and ramps for visitors in wheelchairs.

In front of the museum is a passenger drop-off turnaround. This is especially useful for guests who may not want to do the uphill walk. Drivers may drop off their passengers and then park their vehicles.

Overflow parking is across the street to the north.

Attire for this event is business dress, semi-formal, or cocktail. You are also welcome to wear cultural attire from visits to our countries.

auctions

The Silent Auction is live! You can start bidding here. You can also preview the Live Auction and pick out your favorite packages.

AGENDA

At 6:30 PM, the evening activites will include hors d'oeuvres, drinks, auction shopping, a collaborative weaving installation, and socializing.

Program, dinner, and entertainment will start at 7:30 PM.

As a note, the museum exhibits will not be open for our event.
