Guatemala
Developments in 2008
We anticipate an exciting leap forward for Guatemala and for the organization. Javier will be training villages in a new set of tools for a village to:
* Organize into committees
* Assign responsibilities
* Unify their vision
* Develop a 3-year plan
* Track progress over time
This set of tools will be refined over the course of this year and become the standard for CHOICE in all of its villages and all future CHOICE certified NGOs.
The data generated will be critical for both the village and CHOICE in tracking and communicating the impacts of the CHOICE model around the world.
