CHOICE builds community, both here and abroad. We've learned how to connect people to something real, while tapping into the universal desire to make a difference.
Objective:
Build community within a company by connecting employees and company together through working on a program with CHOICE.
How it works:
The very model that CHOICE uses in the village applies here. The company and employees identify a project. Together they pool resources, abilities, and capacities to support the project. In the end, those involved feel connected to each other, to the global community and to the company.

Partnership Process:
- Company identifies menu options
- Agreement signed, initial investment by company
- Launch to Employees, start of payroll deductions
- Quarterly e-newsletters with updates from the village/country
- Annual celebration and reporting by CHOICE staff member
